Registered Dietitian - Patient-Centric Nutrition Counseling
MOUNTAIN PARK HEALTH CENTER
MOUNTAIN PARK HEALTH CENTER in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Registered Dietitians (RD) to enhance our dedicated team. As a large Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to patient-centered primary care and improving health outcomes. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs by providing evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.
