2026 J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence

INFINITI of Boerne is looking for an Express Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. You are the first line of care for our clients' vehicles, and the work you do every day is what keeps them safe, road-ready, and coming back. You move efficiently without cutting corners, you pay attention to the details others miss, and you want more than a job: you want a career. If you are ready to learn, grow, and build a future as an automotive technician with a team that invests in you, read on.

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid inspections and top-offs.
• Mount, balance, and repair tires.
• Replace batteries, wiper blades, cabin and engine air filters, and bulbs.
• Complete thorough multi-point inspections and accurately document findings and recommendations.
• Communicate inspection results clearly to Service Advisors so clients can make informed decisions.
• Follow INFINITI maintenance procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Road test and move client vehicles safely around the service drive and lot.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with shop safety standards.

• Competitive pay & paid training: you'll also receive pay increases for each certification you achieve.
• 5-day work week: closed Sundays, with an additional day off during the week.
• Paid vacation: you work hard, you should enjoy your time away.
• Medical, dental, and vision coverage: an innovative healthcare plan with $0 deductibles and $0 co-pays. Insurance that actually covers and takes care of your family.
• A defined technician career path: manufacturer-sponsored training and a clear route from Express Technician to advanced technician roles.
• Structured career advancement: we promote from within and invest in your growth.

Our best technicians tend to share a few things in common. They are:

• Detail-driven: they catch what others miss and document it accurately.
• Dependable: they show up on time, every time, and the team can count on them.
• Efficient without shortcuts: they work at pace while holding to the standard.
• Eager to learn: they treat every repair order as a chance to build their skills.
• Team-first: they support technicians and advisors because the client experience depends on all of us.

• Basic mechanical knowledge and a genuine interest in automotive technology.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced shop environment.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods, and to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
