At Chick-fil-A Osage Beach FSU, the Back of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Working alongside an independent Owner/Operator and supportive kitchen leaders, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced, clean, and safe environment. You play a vital role in ensuring every guest receives hot, fresh, signature Chick-fil-A food served with excellence.

Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present menu items quickly and accurately according to strict Chick-fil-A standards. Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A.
• Kitchen Stations: Learn and maintain proficiency across various kitchen stations, including breading, boards, assembly, fryers, and prep stations.
• Food Safety & Quality: Maintain a strong food safety culture by adhering to proper food handling guidelines, temperature checks, and sanitation procedures.
• Inventory & Stocking: Assist with stocking kitchen inventory, rotating ingredients using FIFO (first in, first out) guidelines, and keeping stations prepared for peak volume.
• Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and kitchen at all times; complete daily opening, mid-shift, or closing tasks.
• Equipment & Safety: Operate kitchen equipment safely, maintain safety standards, and immediately report any maintenance or hazard issues to leaders. Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
• Other: Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned. Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times, Complete other duties as assigned.
