Establish and continuously optimize warehouse operation procedures, documenting them as standard SOPs to achieve operational targets. Support daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure freight moves accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and third‑party vendors. Oversee transportation and delivery of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and quality control in preparation for customer sales.
