TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a Project Management Office (PMO) team responsible for residential network expansion projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with office, administrative, customer service, or

project support experience who is looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a large organization.

This role will focus on address validation and project support, ensuring service locations are accurately entered into company systems and

ready for activation. The position also supports data entry, reporting, and project tracking activities utilizing industry-leading tools including

Sitetracker and Salesforce.

This is a fully onsite position in Bethpage, NY.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with address validation activities for residential build projects

• Verify that customer locations and serviceable addresses are accurately reflected within company systems

• Perform data entry and project tracking within Sitetracker and Salesforce CRM

• Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and address-related issues

• Track project milestones and address validation deliverables

• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates

• Generate reports and support project readiness initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines remain on schedule

• Assist with additional administrative and project coordination activities as needed

• Previous office, administrative, coordinator, customer service, or project support experience

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable learning new systems and processes

• Positive attitude and desire to build a long-term career

• Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, Sitetracker, or project tracking tools is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
