Client Services Clerk

As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service in accordance with our company's standards and policies. The role will involve operating electronic scanning cash registers, receiving payment for customer purchases, honoring discounts and coupons, assisting customers with Loyalty Program questions or sign‑ups, bagging items, processing customer returns, selling gift cards and lotto tickets, replacing stock in display areas, and adhering to the uniform and grooming policy.
