Work Environment\nThis position is designed for individuals who thrive in a remote work environment. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will conduct live video sessions from the comfort of your home. We provide a reliable technological framework that facilitates daily operations, including Google Suite and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. A secure internet connection is imperative, along with a private and confidential space to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver weekly evidence-based mental health care through live teletherapy sessions catered to individual adult clients. \n
- Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure a holistic approach to client care. \n
- Utilize symptom self-assessments, functional measures, and goal progress indicators to refine and enhance treatment plans effectively. \n
- Regularly participate in team meetings to discuss case management, receive consultation, and collaborate on patient care strategies. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient sessions and treatment plans in our EHR system. \n
As a Mental Health Therapist at Adapt, you will primarily work with adult clients facing diverse mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include understanding clients' unique backgrounds and circumstances, developing tailored therapeutic approaches that empower them to reach their fullest potential. You will utilize your skills in building rapport, employing various therapeutic modalities, and contributing to enhanced mental health and well-being for each individual.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. \n
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A strong commitment to providing telehealth therapy with demonstrated proficiency in engaging adolescents and young adults. \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, underpinned by a warm and empathetic demeanor when interacting with clients. \n
- Organized and professional presentation at all times when interacting with clients and colleagues. \n
- A solid understanding of technology, including familiarity with Google Suite and EHR navigation. \n
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in a home office environment. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting. \n
- Comfort in utilizing digital assessment tools for therapeutic feedback and progress tracking. \n
- Experience in engaging with underrepresented populations and understanding cultural dynamics in mental health. \n
The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
