Pay $80 - $85 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Specific Days: Mondays and Thursdays. Work Setting: In-person (Menlo Park, CA). Requirements License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist License: Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license is strictly required (no dentists, please). Soft Skills: A consistently positive attitude and a "customer-first" mentality. Reliability: A proven track record of dependability and personal accountability. Experience: Previous experience in a dental setting is a plus, though we prioritize attitude and skill. Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend software is highly valued, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Job Description Patient Care: Managing a steady flow of approximately 8 hygiene appointments per day, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention. Clinical Excellence: Performing thorough cleanings and Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) based on individual periodontal needs. Diagnostic Support: Identifying and documenting clinical areas of concern to streamline the oral examination process for the dentist.
