Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Kentucky.

Job Description & Requirements

• Specialty: OR - Operating Room

• Shift: 8 hours, days

Level 1 experience desired, plus 3 years recent experience in OR and BLS.

Staff will be expected to work in a variety of specialty areas. Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS required. 

Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility.  

Call policy:
-630p-7a during the week
-7a Sat through 7a Monday on the weekend
-40 min response time
-We have a rotating list for choosing Call.
-The first 6 week schedule you will have 2-3 Calls (during the week) in the 6 week period
-The next 6 week period you will have a weekend.

Shift Information: Day (5x8 Hours)

1. RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved.
2. Facility WILL NOT  accept  any licensure hits.
3. We  MUST  know at time of submission if they have previously worked at this facility. This must be noted on the profile to check their eligibility for rehire.
