Junior Graphic Designer - Digital + Print

**Children’s Sleepwear & Baby Designer**

We are looking for a **highly skilled, creative, and fast-moving Children’s Sleepwear & Baby Designer** to join our team.

This is a **hands-on, execution-focused role** for someone who can take ideas from concept through finished design quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable using **AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design software** to accelerate the creative process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children’s sleepwear and baby products
* Design and develop new product concepts and collections
* Create detailed **CADs and production-ready artwork**
* Utilize **AI design and image-generation tools** to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations
* Use AI to **speed up concept development and overall design workflow**
* Translate AI-generated concepts into **clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork**
* Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends
* Manage multiple projects with **fast turnaround times**

**Requirements:**

* Strong experience in **children’s apparel, sleepwear, baby, or related product design**
* **Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills**
* Experience using **AI creative/design tools**
* Strong print, pattern, and graphic design capabilities
* Strong CAD and technical design skills
* Ability to work **quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment**
* Excellent attention to detail
* Creative thinker who is comfortable combining **AI technology with traditional design skills**
