BI Developer - Analyst
TANISHA SYSTEMS INC
Responsibilities Design, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence, analytics and reporting solutions utilizing SQL, Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Fabric Data Agents and Copilot technologies. Develop and maintain datasets, semantic models, KPIs and enterprise data models to support accurate reporting, analytics and business decision making. Design and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures and data transformation processes to support high performance analytics and reporting solutions. Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Microsoft Fabric Data Agents, and Copilot technologies to automate insight generation and enhance business analytics capabilities. Integrate and consolidate data from multiple enterprise applications, CRM systems, cloud platforms, databases and third party data sources to deliver unified reporting solutions. Develop interactive dashboards, executive scorecards and self service reporting solutions to support operational, financial and strategic business objectives. Perform data governance, validation, quality assurance and reporting standardization activities to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with organizational policies. Analyze operational trends, business performance metrics and strategic data to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency and organizational growth.
