Maintenance Manager - Pallet Manufacturing

Overview As a Maintenance Manager , you’ll get to use your knowledge and enhance your skills while working on highly diversified machinery and facilities tasks and projects - including installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of specialized sawmill machinery and facility equipment and systems. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the plant maintenance team Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of machines and equipment to minimize downtime Identify equipment reliability improvements Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Manage machine vendors and spare parts inventory while controlling costs Provide hands-on troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication support as needed Provide support and training on all OSHA and plant safety processes and lead plant LOTO program What You’ll Need High School Diploma/GED 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge and skills Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday!
