HVAC Technician

Job Description Job Description HVAC Technician - Job Description & Responsibilities We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Technician to install, service, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial customers. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities * Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, hydronic boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits * Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections * Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend proper solutions * Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals * Test HVAC systems for proper operation, airflow, and efficiency * Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and maintenance options * Maintain accurate service records and work orders * Follow all safety procedures and local building codes * Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition * Participate in on-call rotations as needed Qualifications * 5+ years HVAC experience preferred (or equivalent training/apprenticeship) * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces * Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred (but not required) * Ductless/VRF experience * NATE certification Compensation & Benefits * Competitive pay based on experience * Overtime opportunities * Paid training and continuing education * Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms * Paid time off and holidays Company Description We are a growing Plumbing & HVAC company seeking skilled, dependable technicians to join our team.
