Manufacturing Technician

Manufacturing Technician | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM-2:00 PM

We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join a growing team that produces advanced membrane materials used in commercial applications. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, prepare chemical mixtures, monitor manufacturing processes, and support quality-focused production operations.

What You'll Do:

• Operate coating, lamination, compression, and related production equipment
• Prepare and mix chemical coatings following detailed formulas
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform basic maintenance
• Record production data accurately in Excel
• Follow manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience
• 2+ years of industrial machine operation experience
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Experience handling chemicals in a manufacturing or lab environment
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel

Work Environment Fast-paced manufacturing facility with specialized production areas and active machinery throughout the plant. Safety shoes and safety glasses are required.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
