Alvarado Parkway Institute is seeking a qualified clinician, licensed or registered, to join our team as a full‑time Treatment Coordinator for our Outpatient Services Program in El Cajon. The successful candidate will have sound clinical experience in the facilitation of group psychotherapy, provide brief solution‑focused individual psychotherapy, and possess excellent documentation skills. Familiarity with developing treatment plans, self‑harm intervention plans, and conducting psychosocial assessments is preferred. The El Cajon location serves an adult population with severe and persistent mental illness, trauma, abuse, intellectual disability, and co‑occurring mental health issues. This is a full‑time, Monday through Friday position. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, MFT, psychology, or an equivalent master’s degree required. Registration or licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or the Board of Psychology required. Licensed with BBS or BOP preferred.
