Contract | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat approximately 8–12 patients per day across outpatient orthopedic and inpatient acute care settings
• Provide 45-minute outpatient therapy sessions with blocked time allocated for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Treat a caseload consisting primarily of orthopedic patients including post-joint replacement, pain management, back conditions, post-fall recovery, post-neurological cases, and some sports-related injuries
• Utilize warm water therapy pool as part of treatment planning where appropriate
• Collaborate with a team including PTAs and supervising clinicians to deliver coordinated patient care
• Participate in occasional, infrequent weekend on-call coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• BLS certification required
• Must be available and present in-state for the full first week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely
• Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; valid driver's license must be submitted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Familiarity with neurological patient populations
• Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation settings
