How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute complex residential and commercial carpentry tasks including framing, trim, and cabinetry installation.
• Interpret detailed project plans and specifications to ensure every measurement meets building code requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and various trades to maintain strict production schedules and quality benchmarks.
• Operate advanced hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate technical progress and site updates professionally to supervisors and customers to ensure project transparency.
• Perform precise layouts and repairs that uphold the company's commitment to lasting, high-quality results.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of professional carpentry experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Proven proficiency with standard carpentry tools, layout techniques, and accurate measurement systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow architectural plans and technical specifications.
• Absolute willingness to travel to project assignments (approximately 30% travel required).
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work comfortably at various heights.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Advanced experience specifically within finish carpentry or cabinetry installations.
• Demonstrated history of working effectively within collaborative crew environments.
