Job Overview Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the top priority, building and deepening meaningful connections with customers and continuously learning to recommend device and service solutions. This learning role prepares you for promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion. What you’ll do Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in store. Side‑by‑side sell personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices. Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers. Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding, such as coverage demonstrations and troubleshooting. Complete training on the in‑store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, identify and handoff small business leads, and foster peer accountability. Ideal Candidate Strong desire to learn and master customer advocate skills and build meaningful connections. Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
