The Educational Policy Analyst supports the Florida Department of Education's Division of Career and Adult Education by conducting data-driven program improvement for career technical and adult education programs statewide. The role performs advanced-level analysis, visualization, and sharing of state data to assist local providers, and provides technical assistance and consultative services to support program compliance and performance. The position specializes in career and technical education program support, including data reporting, analysis, and program improvement for secondary, postsecondary, dual enrollment, and apprenticeship initiatives. Key qualifications: Four years of relevant work experience Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to travel 3-4 times per year Experience with public speaking Bachelor's degree in Education, Policy, or related field (can substitute for experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr Education
