Job Summary Complete and oversee daily admin tasks such as contacting parents, intro class follow ups, event scheduling and more. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met. Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members. Work with the Management team to ensure the facility meets standards. Qualifications Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful. Strong service orientation and ability to serve others. Excellent interpersonal skills with both children and parents. Positive, high‑energy personality. Ability to balance fun with focus and execution of responsibilities. Compensation $48,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
