We are an established manufacturer and distributor of retro gaming devices and video gaming accessories located in Torrance, California, seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Product team.  This position is based onsite at our Torrance office.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Proofread and edit product packaging, user guides, sell sheets and related materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.

·         Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project documentation.

·         Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, samples and project timelines.

·         Coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors or factories.

·         Assist with product testing, quality control and competitive market research.

·         Perform general administrative duties, including measuring, weighing and shipping boxes up to 25 lbs.

·         Support special projects and additional research as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

·         Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, suitable for diverse audiences.

·         Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and skills.

·         Very organized with exceptional attention to detail.

·         Strong comprehension and note-taking skills, with the ability to accurately capture and organize key information.

·         Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Education and Experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation:

·         $17.00 - $20.00 an hour / $35,360 - $41,600 annually
