Job Description: Registered Nurse in the Operating Room (OR) provides care to patients before, during, and after surgery. They prepare the operating room, assist the surgical team, and monitor the patient's vital signs. OR nurses ensure sterile conditions and proper instrument handling. They also coordinate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure patient safety and surgical efficiency.
