General Manager

The General Manager (GM) is the leader of the gym, responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and the quality of the member experience. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team that reflects the UFC GYM brand and values.

Key responsibilities include team leadership and development, sales and financial performance, and operations and member experience.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of sales experience, 2-3 years in management, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift between 50-120 lbs.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
