Concessions Operations Assistant

Assists in the concessions operations in the facility by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. General cleaning and upkeep of stand
2. Performs location worker assignments
3. Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
4. Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
5. Performed other related duties as assigned by supervisor

• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
• Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
• Ability to read, write and speak in English
• Hold a professional attitude and appearance
• Must be at least 18 years old

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk and navigate stairs.
• Must be able to transport up to 100 lbs repeatedly.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
• Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training)
