Project Manager

Job Description

BravoTECH is seeking an experienced Infrastructure IT Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure initiatives across multiple technology portfolios. This role is responsible for managing complex infrastructure projects including server rollouts, hardware refreshes, data center initiatives, and enterprise technology deployments while partnering with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate has a strong infrastructure project management background, experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, and is highly proficient with Jira and Microsoft Excel for project tracking, reporting, and executive communications.
Responsibilities

• Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously within an enterprise technology portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project closeout.
• Coordinate enterprise server rollout and infrastructure deployment initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain portfolio-level dashboards and executive reporting.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Networking, Server, Security, Cloud, Desktop Support, and Application teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project milestones, KPIs, and deliverables using Jira and Microsoft Excel.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, documentation standards, and project methodologies.
• Prepare executive presentations and status reports for senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects within a project portfolio.
• Experience leading enterprise server rollout or hardware refresh initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments including:
  • Windows Servers/Virtualization/Storage/Networking/Active Directory /Cloud Infrastructure
• Skills: MS-Excel, JIRA
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party partners.
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
