Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with at least 1 year of experience to support a hospital Main OR team across multiple surgical specialties.

Details

• Main OR assignment supporting a variety of surgical specialties excluding Cardiovascular (CVOR)
• Primary focus on Spine procedures with flexibility to support General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Robotics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry
• Schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
• Rotating call and holiday call required
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• License required if applicable
• Proficiency in maintaining sterile technique and anticipating surgeon needs across multiple surgical specialties
• Ability to prepare and organize instrumentation and collaborate effectively with the perioperative team
