You will lead and develop teams while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Operational LeadershipLead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlEnsure operational consistency and adherence to company standardsGuest ExperienceUphold exceptional customer service standardsCreate a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all guestsFinancial ManagementOversee budgeting, labor controls, and cost managementAnalyze financial performance, including P&L statements, to drive profitabilityTeam DevelopmentRecruit, hire, train, and mentor management and hourly team membersFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growthMarketing & Community EngagementCollaborate with leadership and marketing teams on promotions, events, and community engagement initiativesCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with Washington State labor laws, wage-and-hour requirements, and scheduling practicesMaintain compliance with health department regulations, food safety standards, and company policiesQualifications:5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume or full-service environmentProven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teamsStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost controlsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of food safety standards, health regulations, and compliance requirementsAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodationPreferred Qualifications:ServSafe Certification (required or ability to obtain and maintain)Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese preferred for guest and team communication, but not required.Multi-unit or high-volume restaurant experienceBenefits & Other Compensation:Eligible employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package, with the employer covering 90% of the premium:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid Time OffEmployee meals and discountsOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentEligibility and benefit offerings may vary based on position and tenureSupreme Dumplings is an equal opportunity employer.
