Sewing Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Description

Now Hiring: Sewing Machine Operator – Join Our Growing Outdoor Gear Company!

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and doesn't want to sit behind a computer screen all day? Do you love the outdoors and take pride in creating high-quality gear? If so, we want you on our team!

We are a  fast-growing, Bend-based outdoor goods company committed to designing and manufacturing  top-tier, innovative gear right here in Central Oregon. While our region has long been a mecca for outdoor sports, it's time for it to  become a creator, not just a consumer, of outdoor products —and that’s where you come in.

Why This Matters:

Most outdoor brands  import their products from overseas , sending millions of dollars offshore while filling our air and oceans with pollution from cargo ships.  We do things differently.

- We use 100% USA-made fabric and components , supporting American workers and enriching our local communities.
-We minimize our  environmental impact by eliminating ocean freight pollution from our supply chain.
-We believe in making  products that last , not disposable gear that ends up in a landfill.

What You’ll Do:

-Operate industrial sewing machines to create premium outdoor gear
-Work in a dynamic, hands-on environment—every day is different and exciting
-Be part of a passionate, close-knit team dedicated to American craftsmanship
- Grow with us—this is a long-term position with room for advancement

Who We’re Looking For:

- Someone who enjoys working with their hands and has great attention to detail
- A team player who takes pride in making high-quality products
- Experience with sewing (industrial or home sewing a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!)
✔- A reliable, motivated individual who wants to grow with the company

Why Join Us?

- Work in a creative, fast-paced environment—no two days are the same
- Be part of a movement to bring outdoor gear manufacturing to Central Oregon
- Opportunity for long-term growth in a thriving company
- Help us build world-class products,  made in the USA

If you’re ready to be part of something exciting, we’d love to hear from you!
