Job Details

A growing professional services practice is seeking an Associate Attorney to support a broad range of legal matters and client needs. This role offers meaningful exposure across multiple areas of practice and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, client-focused, and interested in developing a well rounded legal skill set while contributing to high quality outcomes for a diverse client base.

Primary Responsibilities

• Research and analyze legal issues across varied subject areas
• Prepare and review legal documents with accuracy and sound judgment
• Support client representation and advocacy efforts
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop effective legal strategies

Preferred Background

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• Active license in good standing within the applicable jurisdiction
• Prior professional experience helpful, but not strictly required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a team
