Bindery Operator

1st Shift Hand Bindery Finisher - Direct Hire$20-23/hr DOEKey ResponsibilitiesInspect printed and bound products for quality defects.Perform finishing functions such as sorting, collating, kitting, labeling, and packaging.Complete hand bindery operations for custom and small-batch projects.Stitch, glue, and assemble printed materials according to specifications.Make accept/reject quality decisions on finished products.Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and production schedules.Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of hands-on bindery experience.Printing, print press, or bindery production experience.Experience performing quality inspections.Ability to read and follow written instructions.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.Work EnvironmentClimate-controlled printing facility.Fast-paced manufacturing environment.Exposure to production equipment noise.Clean and organized workspace.Regular interaction with printing presses, bindery equipment, and finishing machinery.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Plymouth, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Strong benefits plan, 401K + 3% match, family owned company.
