Process Machine Operator I (Graveyard Shift)

**THIS POSTITION WILL TRAIN ON A DAY SHIFT - MON-FRI 5:00AM-1:30PM** Start your career as a Process Machine Operator at Romac Industries. Hours: Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm-5:30am What You’ll Do * Operate process machinery and equipment (such as, CNC’s, Press Brakes, & Injection Presses) by following established work instructions, drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols. * Load, unload, and handle subcomponents and finished products using material handling tools and equipment. * Inspect materials and parts for correct dimensions, materials, and finishes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. * Complete accurate computer transactions and support production schedules through reliable, repeatable execution. * Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area while meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. What You’ll Bring * High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience * Ability to follow structured processes, routines, and instructions in a predictable production environment * Basic math, measurement, and computer skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and use simple tools and gauges * A detail-oriented, task-focused approach with the desire to learn a craft and build long-term expertise * Preferred: Prior manufacturing experience and/or experience operating material handling equipment such as overhead cranes or hoists Base Compensation Range: $22.25-$28.61. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity.
