LPN

Specific duties for LPNs include, but are not limited to, maintaining school health records, dispensing medication, managing student care plans, and administering first aid and emergency treatment to students and employees under the supervision of a registered nurse or medical director.

BLS required.

• Demonstrate clinical skills
  • Handwashing
  • Vital signs
  • Measuring and documenting intake/output and urinary output
  • Infection prevention and control (hand hygiene, standard precautions, PPE)
  • ADL's
    • Transfers
    • Ambulation with gait belt
    • Positioning and turning
    • Range of motion exercises
    • Observation and reporting of changes in condition
    • Documentation of care provided
    • Communication with residents and the healthcare team

Annual salary range $80-81120
