Associate Director, Economic Modeling

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to design and deliver rigorous economic modeling analytics for Innovative Medicine in Titusville, New Jersey. This role will champion best-in-class modeling methodology, lead health economic model development, and support strategic decision-making across product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative parametric and non-parametric economic modeling techniques for portfolio access optimization
- Lead cost-effectiveness and budget impact model development across therapeutic areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support clinical trial design and early pipeline assessment through economic modeling guidance
- Monitor and integrate advances in modeling methodology from academia, payers, and competitors
- Provide thought leadership on modeling standards and methodology internally and externally
Requirements
- Master's degree in health economics or related discipline; PhD preferred
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience, or 4 years with doctorate degree
- Proven experience developing health economic models
- Advanced statistical skills, particularly in survival analyses
- Experience engaging with health economic information stakeholders
- Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and deadline management
