Sales Associate The salary range for this role is $13.75 to $14.50 per hour/annually. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Sales Associates keep people smiling at Aaron’s. You’ll also work with customer files and contracts. At times, you’ll help clean, organize, and even move merchandise.
