General Superintendent (Concrete)

Salary: $125,000/year Company Truck Provided Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a General Superintendent for a full-time direct hire opportunity. This role is responsible for overseeing field operations, mentoring superintendents, supporting project execution, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead and support multiple active construction projects Mentor and coach superintendents and field teams Assist with scheduling, budgeting, manpower planning, and project execution Conduct job site visits to monitor safety, quality, and productivity Collaborate with project management and operations leadership Support QA/QC initiatives and field training programs Qualifications: 10–15+ years of construction leadership experience Background in water/wastewater, infrastructure, or coatingspreferred strong leadership, planning, and communication skills Experience managing crews, schedules, and project budgets Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Valid driver's license and willingness to travel This opportunity offers strong compensation, a company vehicle, and long-term growth with an established construction team. #J-18808-Ljbffr SST Direct
