Are you ready to build a career in hospitality? Marriott Dallas Las Colinas is looking for Front Desk Associates who enjoy helping people and creating memorable stays. This role is a great fit if you have at least one year of customer service experience, especially in hotels, restaurants, or travel.
As a full-service Marriott hotel, we welcome many business travelers and take pride in offering excellent service from the moment guests arrive. If you are friendly, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Front Desk Associate (Full-Time Only).
Shifts Available:- Morning: 7 AM – 3 PM.
- Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests and provide a smooth check-in and check-out.
- Answer questions, handle reservations, and respond to requests.
- Assign rooms and update bookings with accuracy.
- Process payments and keep guest accounts correct.
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Keep the front desk neat, organized, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (hotel preferred).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to multitask in a busy setting.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
