Personal Care Attendant

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide in-home care and support for clients in Dexter, MI. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities to promote their independence and well-being while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with mobility support, including transferring and positioning Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Care Attendant or in a related care-giving role is a plus Compassionate, patient, and reliable with good communication skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately Must be able to pass background checks Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients Flexible scheduling options Supportive work environment at University Home Care Inc About the Company University Home Care Inc is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate in-home care services to individuals in the Dexter, MI community.
