In this role, you will support internal and external communication efforts, assist with coordinating messaging materials, and help ensure clear and consistent communication across event projects. Responsibilities * Assist in preparing and organizing communication materials, reports, and internal documents * Support coordination of messaging between departments to ensure consistency * Help maintain organized records of communications, schedules, and project updates * Assist with drafting general correspondence and informational materials * Provide administrative support to the communications and event teams * Help coordinate timelines and ensure communication tasks are completed efficiently Minimum requirements: Qualifications * Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Competitive weekly pay * Competitive weekly pay * Training provided * Opportunities for growth within the company * Supportive and team-oriented environment
