Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Rockford, Illinois. This position involves working in a fast-paced, busy hospital setting with a focus on pediatric care. The role requires collaboration within a large healthcare team and adherence to facility protocols. The schedule is every other weekend, with a holiday rotation, and shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Illinois licensure, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a large busy hospital setting, pediatric experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric Emergency Nursing experience, additional certifications related to emergency nursing are a plus.
• Additional Information: PLEASE READ FACILITY FIXED NOTES FOR MORE DETAILS - HWL Requisition: Swedish American - AN-1775 IL lic, AHA BLS & AHA ACLS. This is a permanent address outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility.
