We are actively recruiting a licensed mental health therapist in the greater Joliet market to partner with our team and help patients achieve their goals. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across the spectrum of mental health conditions. Help patients define goals, gain insights, and progress toward personalized care plans. Collaborate with other health professionals to coordinate care and provide crisis intervention when needed. Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record system. Participate in a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes and inform treatment plans. Maintain scheduled patient load, utilizing 3 onsite days and 2 telehealth days in a hybrid schedule. Qualifications Fully licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois. Passion for delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care. Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in EMR use and maintaining accurate electronic health records. Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities. Capacity to work with a general spectrum of mental health conditions. Over one year of professional psychotherapy experience preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation with no earnings cap.
