Submission Requirements

All of the following should be noted in additional submission details. Required prior to client presentation:

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Dermatology (note in additional submission details when is the expected graduation and when will the provider get their certification) – REQUIRED * no exemptions
• For Board Eligible - (within 3 years of Residency and to become BC within 1 year of employment) - (note in additional submission details_ - REQUIRED
• IA medical license (or ability to obtain) – REQUIRED
• Willingness to build a new practice alongside a seasoned dermatologist- (note in additional submission details) – REQUIRED
• Does the provider require visa support H1B? (We are open to H1B Visas only) (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history – HIGHLY PREFERRED
