School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Fort Worth, TX
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Fort Worth, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive academically and socially.
Position Details

- Position: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Schedule: Full-time
- School Year: 2026–2027
- Setting: Onsite
- Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and therapy activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams.
- Support students in achieving their communication goals.
Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA license
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping students succeed
