Nightwing brings disruptive technologies, agility, and competitive offerings to customers in the intelligence community, defense, civil, and commercial markets.**Clearance Required:** TS/SCI with CI Polygraph **Location:** National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TXNightwing is seeking a Scrum Master that serves as a servant leader and coach for the Agile team, facilitating SAFe implementation and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon processes. This position removes impediments, fosters high-performing team dynamics, and drives continuous improvement. The Scrum Master educates the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming, Kanban, and SAFe practices while supporting the team's self-organization and goal achievement.**Key Responsibilities:*** Facilitate all team-level SAFe ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)* Coach team members in Agile and SAFe practices* Identify and remove impediments to team progress* Foster environment for continuous flow and relentless improvement* Support Product Owner in backlog management and refinement* Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)* Escalate unresolved impediments through appropriate channels* Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution* Participate in Scrum Master communities of practice* Support Program-level events and coordination**Required Qualifications:*** Minimum 10 years of Agile team experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)* Active Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification required* Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in classified environments* Excellent coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills* Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools* Understanding of DevSecOps practices* Active TS/SCI clearance* Must be U.S. citizenSalary & BenefitsThe salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
