Cost Controller - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Ohio, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Cost Controller to join the team and help deliver this world-class program. What You’ll Do Support the management and resolution of commercial issues, contract matters, change orders, and cost impacts through formal project change management procedures and client PCR logs. Work closely with Project Managers to review, categorize, and manage node-related change management activities in accordance with client contracts and EPCM commercial frameworks. Analyze, track, and report project allowances and commercial spend for inclusion within monthly project cost reports and leadership reporting packages. Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and agreement of final accounts, including evaluation and management of contractor claims, variations, and commercial settlements. Monitor project spend, commitments, accruals, forecasts, and cost performance across assigned project scopes and work packages. What you’ll need Extensive cost control, commercial, project controls, or quantity surveying experience on large-scale capital projects. Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, chemical, industrial, energy, or regulated manufacturing projects preferred. Strong experience supporting construction-phase project execution and EPCM environments. Experience managing change orders, contractor claims, commercial reporting, and earned value activities on major projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr QCS Staffing
