Overview LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment in outpatient settings, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through telemedicine. We employ psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US. Position Adult Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team. We are actively looking to hire talented Adult Psychiatrists in the Nyack, NY area, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Responsibilities Outpatient work with flexible telemedicine and in-person scheduling. Medication management and therapy as part of patient care. Collaborate with mid-level providers when applicable. Provide high-quality clinical care in a collegial environment with full administrative support. Qualifications Fully licensed in one or more US states. Board eligible/certified (BE/BC) and an unencumbered DEA license. Experience in both medication management and therapy. Compensation and Benefits Flexible work schedules; full-time position; no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends (outpatient). Generous above-market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings; salary range from $245,000 to $368,000. Sign-on bonus and CME reimbursement.
