Travel RN Manager opportunity for an 8-week assignment working day shifts (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) with a 40-hour guaranteed schedule. This leadership role is ideal for experienced nurse leaders with strong clinical oversight, staff management, and operational coordination skills in an acute care or long-term care environment.

Requirements:

• Active RN license required
• Previous RN leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and team leadership skills required
• Experience with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and patient care oversight preferred
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills required
• Ability to manage unit operations and support staff development
• Weekend on-call participation required
• Mandatory weekend on-call rotation every 4 weeks

The RN Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, staff coordination, patient care quality, and workflow management within the assigned department. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, assisting with staffing and scheduling, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards, supporting patient care initiatives, resolving operational issues, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, participating in performance improvement efforts, and maintaining safe and efficient patient care delivery. The RN Manager may also assist with admissions, clinical escalations, staff mentoring, and administrative reporting as needed.
