Veterinary Technician - Emergency Location: Round Rock, TX Shift: 3 day, 12 hour shift, including Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 12pm-12am Compensation: $23.50 - $26/hr (negotiable based on experience and credentials) Heart of Texas is looking for an Emergency Veterinary Technician to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. About You Emergency Veterinary Technicians perform a variety of animal-health duties and ensure quality pet and client care. The Emergency Technician should be proficient in duties including but not limited to: client care and communication, efficient patient assessments, quick response to emergencies, patient monitoring, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, patient recovery, anesthetic monitoring, diagnostic imaging, and medical math.
