Position Overview:

Mcandrew Motors is seeking a qualified and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service team. This position requires a professional who is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering the highest standard of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and company standards

Accurately document work performed and maintain compliance with safety protocols

Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair status and recommendations

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of automotive repair experience; ASE certification preferred

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with proficiency in modern repair tools and equipment

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed

Basic computer skills.

Bilingual in English & Spanish is a huge plus!

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm Saturday 8am-12pm
