Family Preservation Specialist: Reunification & In-Home Help

NorthCare seeks a Community-Based Family Preservation Specialist to deliver services in home and community settings, coordinating with families, schools and agencies. Responsibilities include weekly visits, intake and progress documentation, family assessments, and coordinating with SafeCare and other interventions; requires driving, flexible schedule. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience; CPR/First Aid/Therapeutic Options certs and valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Variety Care
