Key Responsibilities\n

As a Youth-Focused Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and positive therapeutic relationships, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

  • Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, plan future appointments, and prepare for discharge as necessary.
  • \n
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and strengths of each client.

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with institutional and legal standards.

  • Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate level of care and services needed.

  • Providing individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Engaging in regular supervision sessions, both individual and group, to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree in mental health, social work, psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
